If you are new to HDR Light Studio please refer to the User Guide included in your install. You can find this in the documents folder of your HDR Light Studio software installation.
If you are having problems getting your software enabled to render your HDRIs because of license key problems, then please select Help > Licensing Help in your HDR Light Studio software. This will take you to the licensing help page for your software version.
If your problem persists then please do email: support@hdrlightstudio.com describing your problem and which version of Windows and HDR Light Studio you are using. Please include your Company Name and your Order ID so we can find your purchase in our records.
Alternatively, you can post something on the forum and other users may be able to help you before we can deal with your enquiry.
